Most people who come to see me aren't looking for a different face. They just want to look a bit less tired, or soften a line that's started to bother them.

So we start by talking. I'll ask what you've noticed, what you'd like to change, and what you're hoping for — and I'll be honest about what's achievable.

From there I plan around your own proportions and the way your face naturally moves, which is where my years in dentistry really help.

I've never been interested in transforming anyone. Refining, yes — always.

A note on the rules: botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine, so anti-wrinkle treatment always starts with a consultation with Dr Miranda Sen, our prescribing doctor. Once she's assessed you and prescribed your treatment, I carry it out.

We start with a conversation about what you're considering and what you'd like to ask. Your medical history and whether treatment is suitable come first. The consultation is free, lasts 30 minutes and doesn't commit you to treatment. Ask about a consultation

What should I ask before having dermal fillers?

Ask about the product, the practitioner's training, the risks, the full cost and the aftercare arrangements. Bring your questions to the consultation so you can make an informed decision.

How long do dermal filler results last?

There isn't one timescale to promise everyone. Ask at your consultation about the proposed product, treatment area, expected duration and any future treatment costs before deciding.

That's me. I spent more than 35 years in dentistry before training in advanced facial aesthetics with Derma Medical in London, and I look after everything from your first consultation through to treatment and aftercare.

Prescribing Doctor

Dr Miranda Sen

Anti-wrinkle treatment uses a prescription-only medicine, so before anything is prescribed you'll have a consultation with Dr Sen. She reviews your medical history, confirms the treatment is right for you, and writes the prescription — then I carry out your treatment.
